RETURN POLICY:

All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene purposes.
We diligently inspect all items for damages prior to shipping
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please send an email to smalltownlocalcharm@gmail.com with the name on your order as well as photos of the damaged item and packaging. In these cases, the issue is typically due to mishandling by the USPS, therefor, a claim can be filed for a refund through them and a new order can be placed. We will happily assist you with this process.
